The Story behind Us

We're just two high school sweethearts that fell in love with each other and documenting life! We are located in Cherry Valley, IL and are an IL + FL region photography and videography duo who loves to laugh and travel! When we aren't documenting love stories, you can usually find us outdoors and an on the road to see the beauty this world offers, which is why we are also available to document destination weddings.

Not only did I (Ashley) get to marry my best friend, but I have been fortunate enough to build an amazing business with him where we get to create and capture authentic and artistic imagery + film. We love natural light and sunsets, as well as making people laugh and hearing their stories. It's what keeps us passionate and the reason we started this all.

We are lovers of Christ, coffee, and all the sweet little things in life. We have 3 children who we adore with all our hearts and 3 cats (2 of which we got a weddings! haha). Outside of our love for photography + film, we also enjoy an active lifestyle, planning our next adventure, and being foodies. A day filled with love and laughter is a requirement and comes complimentary with your wedding package.

As someone who has grown up together and have children, we realize time really does fly by! That's why documenting the raw, natural beauty of it is so important to us. These moments, whether they are weddings or other chapters in your life, are ones that you'll treasure for a lifetime, and we would be honored to help you hold those memories even closer.
